Ash cloooooouuuuuuudddddddddddddddd...

The past two weeks has been all about; ash cloud, ash cloud, ash cloud and ash cloud. Well basically that was a big thing, because almost every airport in Europe was closed.   The main airports for example London, Amsterdam and Paris were all closed. Greece, Turkey and Portugal were the only countries where airplanes could fly. But WHY weren't the airplanes able to fly?
The airplanes weren't able to fly, because it could damage the engines of the airplane, it can weaken the visibility and the cloud can get into the cabin and that is really dangerous for you.
These were really troublesome weeks for airlines. They lost almost 2 million euros per day and that's a lot!
There are people who benefitted of this. Trains, busses, car rental companies all were really happy, because everybody used these vehicles. The car rental companies knew this that people would rent cars so they raised the prices. For example my sister's husband had to drive from Greece to London, because there was no way he could fly home.
Now this chaos has settled and the air traffic is almost back to normal (atleast for now).

my easter holiday.

Tomorrow's school and the four day easter holiday is gone ..... Time goes by too fast. Well this is how i spent my easter holiday....

On Thrusday I went to the shop with my mom. We bought lots of stuff and I got a chocolate egg: ), then I went to dance practice and then went swimming with my team. That was a nice start for the holiday. On Thursday night I was with Jessica, Katri and Anni and we ate and were together and watched a film. A girls night :)
On Friday my grandma, my dad's brother and relatives from my dad's side came to our place. We ate and chatted and had a good time together with the family. My sister came from Turku aswell so that made the day even more fun.
On Saturday I had dance practice and I was supposed to go to the city after that with Veronica, but it got cancelled so I stayed home with my sister, but then we went to the cinema to watch Bounty Hunter which was really good. :)
On Sunday I woke up at 11 ate breakfast and after that we went for a 7 km jogging trip with my sister. I was proud of myself after that:) Well in the evening we watched a film that I had bought my parents for birthday. In the evening after the film I went to Katri's place and stayed the night there. We also watched a film named Guess Who.
On Monday (today) I was with Katri and her cousin Johanna and we went driving with Johanna's moped car and Katri's scooter for 2 hours. After that I went to practice and then came home. Now i'm sitting on my computer writing this sentence and waiting for Desperate Housewives to start.

aesthetic group gymnastics..

This time i'm going to write about my lovely hobby, AESTHETIC GROUP GYMNASTICS.
Not many people know what this is about, but i'm going to make sure that after you've read this you will be absolutely sure what it is.
AGG (Aesthetic Group Gymnastics) is a team sport, combined with art, expression and feelings. Usually a team has about six to 10 gymnasts who perform a choreography with the ability to listen to music and by putting their souls in to it. The composition must contain body waves and swings, balances, jumps, dance steps, and lifts. The gymnasts must have flexibility, coordination, strength and they need to be in a really good condition.
So where do they perform these then?
We have world championships and the country's own competitions. The judging consists of three judge groups:
-the technical judges search for the needed jumps, body movements, balances etc.
-the artistic judges evaluate the choreography, how it is presented and how artisticly it was presented
-then there are judges who evaluate the whole composition; was the performance performed at the same time, the level of the team etc.
The maximum points a team can get is 20.
Finnish teams have done really well at the national competitions. Finland has won the gold medal 7 times at the world championships and silver almost as many times.
Here is a Finnish team, Deltat who have won the gold medal 2008 and 2009.

My Dream.

Why do we see dreams? Where do they come from? What is the purpose of dreams?
These are some of the questions that people, even scientists can't answer. Usually you can remeber nightmares the best or dreams that were really intersting or funny. My Dream was really weird last night and i want to share it with you.

My friends and I were at a summerhouse , which i don't know (maybe a future summerhouse). Well there was this man who wanted to kill everybody in that cottage, because one of the couple's baby had died. ? (:We were really scared so we took horses and rode away on this forest route, but then we got lost. Then there started to appear these clocks on the trees, which all showed the wrong time. Well we continued to ride, but then we got to this muddy river (or atleast i thought so) and the horses drowned so we had to swim. Suddenly we got really hungry and one of the boys dived and found this champagne bottle and then a wreck of an old ship. We were really excited and suddenly we were all in this castle which was actually in Paris near the Eiffel Tower. We had a "ball" in the castle and suddenly my parents were there. Then we remembered that the "gun man" was still hunting for us so we decided to leave. We went outside to the busstop and waited for a while and then the bus came and that's when my alarm clock started to ring.
It's really out of the ordinary that I can remember my dreams!
